recycles is back for Spring! Starting April 1st, at a recycles station near you
re
cycles, an initiative of the Office of Sustainability, is the
University of Chicago's bike share program. The program currently has a
total of 35 bikes, including one tandem, at five locations around campus. It
is available to U of C students, faculty, staff, and alumni with a
valid CNetID.
A partnership with
Blackstone Bicycle Works,
a local nonprofit organization that mentors youth in the neighborhood,
recycles’ fleet of refurbished bicycles and relatively low-tech design
enables us to offer it for free to users.
